Return & Refund Policy
Yalla Souq aims to make returns fair, clear, and practical for customers while protecting product quality and seller fulfilment standards.
1. Return windows
- Wrong, damaged, defective, or materially misdescribed items should be reported as soon as possible and no later than 14 days from delivery.
- Change-of-mind returns may be accepted within 7 days where the item is unused, sealed where applicable, complete, and in original packaging.
- Some categories may have shorter or different return rules because of hygiene, safety, digital delivery, or supplier restrictions.
2. Return conditions
- Products should be returned with original packaging, manuals, accessories, labels, and invoice where applicable.
- Items must not be used, damaged by the customer, washed, altered, installed, or missing parts unless the return is due to a defect or wrong item.
- We may inspect returned products before approving a refund, replacement, or store credit.
3. Non-returnable items
Opened personal care, hygiene, beauty, intimate apparel, perishable goods, customized products, digital products, and items marked final sale may not be eligible for return unless defective, wrong, or required otherwise by applicable law.
4. Refunds
- Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method where possible.
- Cash-on-delivery refunds may be processed through an approved refund method, store credit, or bank transfer after verification.
- Bank and payment-provider processing times may vary after the refund is released.
5. Return shipping
If the issue is caused by a wrong, defective, or damaged product, Yalla Souq or the responsible fulfilment party will guide the return process. For change-of-mind returns, return delivery charges may apply.
6. How to request a return
Contact info@yallasouq.ae with your order number, product name, reason, and clear photos or video where relevant.
