Seller Policy

Seller participation, listing, fulfillment, compliance, and marketplace rules for Yalla Souq.

This policy applies to sellers and partners accepted to sell or fulfil products through Yalla Souq's marketplace and e-commerce services.

1. Seller onboarding

  • Sellers may be required to provide identity, business, tax, banking, product, and fulfilment information before approval.
  • Yalla Souq may approve, reject, suspend, or request additional checks for seller accounts.

2. Listings and product quality

  • Listings must be accurate, lawful, clear, and supported by appropriate images, prices, stock, warranty, and delivery details.
  • Counterfeit, unsafe, restricted, misleading, or prohibited products are not allowed.
  • Sellers are responsible for product quality, packaging, fulfilment accuracy, and after-sale cooperation.

3. Orders, delivery, and returns

Sellers must process orders on time, update order status accurately, support returns or refunds where required, and cooperate with customer support and dispute reviews.

4. Fees and payouts

Marketplace fees, commissions, payment deductions, refunds, adjustments, and payout timing may be agreed separately in seller onboarding or commercial terms.

5. Compliance

Sellers must comply with applicable UAE laws, consumer protection standards, product safety requirements, tax rules, platform policies, and any category-specific requirements.
