Shipping / Delivery Policy

Yalla Souq coordinates delivery for eligible orders across serviceable areas in the UAE and selected Gulf destinations where available.

1. Delivery availability

  • Delivery availability, shipping fees, and delivery estimates may vary by product, seller, supplier, courier, address, and payment method.
  • Some items may ship separately if they are fulfilled from different suppliers or warehouses.

2. Delivery timing

Estimated delivery times are shown where available and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated. Delays may occur because of stock, address checks, payment review, customs, courier capacity, weather, or public holidays.

3. Customer responsibilities

  • Customers must provide a complete and reachable delivery address, correct phone number, and any access details needed by the courier.
  • If delivery fails because the customer is unavailable or the address is incorrect, re-delivery fees or order cancellation may apply.

4. Cash on delivery

Cash on delivery may be available only for selected products, locations, and order values. The courier may require exact payment or approved payment handling at delivery.

5. Damaged or missing deliveries

Report damaged, missing, or wrong deliveries as soon as possible through info@yallasouq.ae with the order number and clear photos where relevant.
