  • Sunday: Closed (Tickets received on Sunday will be processed on Monday).

3. Response Time We strive to respond to all inquiries as quickly as possible.

  • General Inquiries: Within 24 hours.

  • Technical Issues & Disputes: Within 24 – 48 hours depending on complexity.

4. Dispute Resolution If you have a dispute with a Seller regarding an order, please raise a "Dispute Ticket" from your order page within 3 days of delivery. Our mediation team will intervene to ensure a fair solution based on our Return Policy.
